I track PRWP (Pro Pharmaceuticals Inc) wich an an OTC stock. Using that symbol I see it in my TDAmeritrade account but in PSM it tracked for a while and now it is not tracking at all and has a "?" in the column where the green up arrows and red down arrows should appear.

How can I correct this in PSM so the stock is tracked and charted?

"PRWP" will work if you're using TD Ameritrade as your data source, but for Yahoo you have to change it to "PRWP.OB".

That's correct, but that's a global setting, and you will need to verify that you do not have the data source override set at the ticker, folder, or portfolio level.
