When I said Front Page, I meant Front Page of my own account.

It should match, but our software can only display what we're getting from the feed. I mean, we don't make these numbers up out of thin air.

What about for regular stocks, do the numbers match? I'm just curious if there is something special about the index values. I will ask TD AMERITRADE just to confirm.

Anatoly,

I think what is happening is PSM is getting "stuck" in Polling mode. Even when I hit the "update all" button none of my data seems to change.

In that case I have to go back to something I asked earlier: does the Last Update field change?

Also, in the lower-right corner of the PSM window, does it say "Polling (Next update: mm:ss)" with the countdown timer in mm:ss? What happens when the countdown timer reaches zero?

The Last Update Field changes to:
"Polling (Next Update 5:00)

When the countdown timer reaches Zero it resets to: "Polling (Next Update 5:00)

but no data in the Benchmarks or Stocks fields change/update.

When I say the Last Update field, I meant in the ticker properties. Or if you enable the Last Update column. Does this field change?

The fields in the Last Update Colum are stuck at 2/23 and times varying from 10:40-10:43

I also have a UBS account wich is mixed with old times 9:33 this morning and current times. Vanguard account has current times.

I am sure you are tired of this but I sure am too. PSM has been in Polling mode since yesterday. It is set to refresh every 5 mintues. I did this screen shot at 3:00PM today right after it was supposed to refresh and as you can see, it is not refreshing the data.

I apologize that this has been a problem for so long.

To expedite solving this, would you be open to a remote desktop session so we can take a look at what's going on first hand?

The biggest problem with these kinds of things is reproducing the problem. We are not able to reproduce it here. We could spend alot of our lives trying to figure out what's different. It could be something on the computer, something with the OS, some other application installed that's conflicting, something with your account at TDA (wouldn't be the first time), some but or oversight with the software. Who knows?

With a remote session we would be able to see first hand what's going on and be able to run some tests to see if we can figure out why it's happening.

We can do a remote session. Please advise how we go about this.

Thank you for all of your time and effort.

I'm glad we figured out that the problem is that the prices are not being updated, and not that the data coming in is incorrect.

I would be happy to assist you. What's your schedule? Please contact me in email at support@personalstockmonitor.com, and I will send you the small remote access application to run so we can do the remote session.

Problem solved; the Last Update field not updating was the key to figuring this one out. It turns out that there is a small error in the server side polling mechanism, and we were able to fix it by reducing the number of tickers that are polled in each request. The fix will be in the next release of PSM and PSS, due out by March 1st.

I am sorry Anatoly but there are problems again with PSM not updating with TDAmeritrade.
My settings:
Options > Preferences>
Enable Logging during market hours
History Data Server TDAmeritrade Polling

Display > Quote Updates > enable automatic updates during market hours

If I set it to streaming, it works but my bandwidth is limited so this really is not an option.

Ok, but unfortunately I won't be able to look into it until Monday.
