I am new to the Personal Stock Trading and up to now have done all my Trades through my Broker. Was dissapointed that Personal Stock Monitor only had deals with US based Trading Partners who I am told cannot deal with Canadian investors. Any advice to resolve this would be appreciated.

While you can still use the software to keep track of your trades, get price updates, alerts, and run reports, we currently only have a single US brokerage supported for live trading. We are looking into adding additional brokerage support, but these things take time.

If you know of a good Canadian brokerage that can support third third party applications, please let us know.

I don't see anything on their site that would indicate availability of an API or support for third party applications. Do you know someone there we can contact about this?

rtoering,

I'm also new to Personal Stock Monitor, and do some trading on the Canadian exchange. Try using Yahoo Finance. When you enter the Canada symbol use the following prefix; .TO, or, .V. Sample: PRE.TO, or TOL.V.

Also, once the stock symbol is listed, I believe one can change USD to CAD in the software...

Hope this helps.
